Online Learning
Our commitment to learning has expanded outside the traditional classroom to the virtual world of online training, through our LRN online training system. The LRN system trains our employees in a number of important management development areas, such as communication, compliance, and ethics and integrity.
Classroom Learning
Our employees participate in classroom learning, comprised of in-depth courses developed at our racetracks around the country.
Management Development
Churchill Downs Incorporated sponsors a management development program that identifies and cultivates up-and-coming talent with the ultimate goal of developing our next generation of Company leaders from within our organization.
